Pathetic service delivery

What a pathetic service supplier. I make a order online that must be delivered at my address. Firstly the try to delivered the order 7 days Later 1200km from my address that was given on the order with my payment. I send a email to customer care needles to say I still await feedback or response 3 days latet and try to call without sucess
