Pathetic service

I logged a complaint with Dis-chem on the 19 September, after speaking to Sophy and corresponding via many emails I was advised that she could not resolve my small query. On Oct 4 she advised the legal department would respond to me directly. On 1 Nov I finally got a response after I send numerous queries. Again I was advised that the legal department would respond. Then I received a email from a Mr Brian Epstein, again I needed to repeat everything I had already said and sent to Sophy. It has been exactly 70 days, I have send many many emails and left numerous messages for Mr Epstein with no response.
