Pathetic service

I go to Dis-Chem Montana, Pretoria (Kolonade Shopping Centre) regularly for the last several years. But lately the service has got extremely poor.

The prescription drop off/ phone in and collect you now wait longer that if you stand in the normal queue for prescriptions. On several occasions I have gone directly to the normal queue and have been out before the drop of and collect customers have left.

Unfortunately the rating only allows for 1 to 5. Does not allow for zero because that is what I would give.

Going to Clicks in future. They are lot faster and friendlier. They at least know how to smile.
