MOST PATHETIC SERVICE...DISCHEM WONDERBOOM After I have placed and pay my order online I had to wait 7 days for delivery, which is not a problem. On day 7 I phoned to find out about my order just to be told that they do not stock some of the items but will get it from another store and will deliver same day. After a lot of phone calls, no they do not phone you back and that include the manager....I had to find out the next day...a Saturday..the day I needes the order for a baby shower that they will refund me because they cant find the out of stock items. But Baby City which is part of their group is 7km away with every single item of my order. I know because I had to make a plan to get the stuff in time. Today I phoned and asked about my refund...R 1150....which I was told it will take between 3 to 14 days. WHAT A JOKE.... Ooooo Dischem you keep on making your name bad and with a service like this
