Pathetic service at Dis- Cherm Pharmacy

I would like to bring to your concern about the treatment i got at yourstore- Dis - Cherm Parkstation. Two weeks ago i went to purchase baby pampers, as im a regular customer at your store, hence, i mistakely took the wrong size . Yesterday i went to the same store to exchange the size with the slips. The lady who attended to me had a very bad attitude. The so called store manager came to help and told me that i had just overstayed with the iterm ! Is this how your customers are treated ? However i asked them if there is any Discherm pharmacy at Sandton city, to my suprise the manager could not help me about that. The staff member at Customer service was just too busy to attend to me, as she was busy chatting with her colleagues. Im very dissapointed as i believe your staff members should know more about work ethics & customer care
