Pathetic service at Dis-chem Rosebank Mall

Today I went to Dischem in Rosebank to make an appointment for a medical check up and my appointment was schedule to be at 2pm. When I went back the nurse was on lunch only came back at 14H10 and decided to take and assist a white woman who didn't make any appointment.

What makes the matter worse she didn't even bother apologizing for being late and for only addressing the only white woman there.

Based on what transpired there I can safely say she sees color( inferiority complex) and very arrogant.

Only she could have done was to apologize for keeping us waiting and check the appointment diary before deciding which patient to assist
