Pathetic service

I went to Dischem at Sanridge mall in Midrand. There is a special on selected Johnson’s products 2 for 1 I asked the teller ( number10) to check for me if the baby soap was included she said she doesn’t know and checked some pamphlet then said it’s not included I asked if she can ask someone to verify she disappears for like 7 minutes then comes and says let’s go to the isle by then I was irritated so I just said it’s fine let me pay. After paying I noticed the soap Was included I would have wanted to get some more soap for my nephews separately but because she told me it doesn’t apply I left it! Train your staff Dischem Sanridge this is pathetic!!!
