Pathetic service

I went to dischem looking for alphatest which is advertised on the dischem website yhe person incharged of that section informed me thatbthey dont have stock but he will order for me. He took my details down and said it would be at the store in the week this was on the 24th of aug i hadn't received any feedback so i called the Thursday after and the person who answered said he has ny number and will call me with an update on sunday the 1st of September i revisited the store and was told by another rude staff that evan if he checked it will say in transit till today I haven't received feed back i should have rather ordered my product online the service is really pathetic and seems as tho the people working at the store have no regard for customers or business income i
