If I could give them a negative, I would. I ordered a vaporizer for my mom from the Overport online store for delivery because she is sick. They send her an item that's opened and used. All. The seals were broken, plastic packaging was dirty and sticky. They still haven't gotten back to me. Disgusting! They clearly don't care about the health of their customers
