Pathetic Service

What a PATHETIC service!

I called dischem Hemmingways this morning 14/04/2024 and I was promised by Siya that my medication will be delivered this afternoon, I waited and I then called dischem and I was told that my medication will be delivered tomorrow, I then asked that someone must call me and explain , Noluthando called and told me that she was instructed that my medication to be delivered tomorrow, I then demanded her to put me through to Siya and she told me that Siya has already gone home and I asked for someone in charge and she said she will put me through to Luvo, I waited but Luvo did not come to the phone instead my call got disconnected. If I was not promised the delivery, I could have gone to collect my chronic medication.
