PATHETIC SERVICE

dischem clinic service is really pathetic, my mother tested for covid19 on the 25th of June and still hasn't receive her results after 11 days of testing. i've been trying to get hold of the clinic and everyday since the 30th of June is constantly busy, then eventually i got hold of the sister and she took the details and promised to call back. which she never did. this is really frustrating cause now she is isolation for something that she doesn't know if the results are NEGATIVE / POSITIVE. DOES IT OCCUR TO WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE BEING AFFECTED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF NOT ADVISING THE PATIENTS OF THEIR RESULTS.
