Pathetic service

I went to the Dis-Chem Pharmacy Morningside around 12:30 pm and was at the prescription counter. There were only three counters with people behind them and only one appeared to be servicing customers in the queue. The other two appeared to be preparing scripts for people who were not there. After spending a considerable time at the head of the queue I left. This branch is is a business district and I was there in my lunch time. I spending a long time waiting for no valid reason except there was nobody attending to customers. Has dischem become so arrogant that they think that customers are doing you a favour by shopping there. I will be taking my business to the numerous other competitors in future.
