Pathetic Service

Did not feel well. So I decided to try their Clinic out. Wanted to check my BP and Cholesterol so I Went to the Clinic at the Kalahari Mall Branch in Upington today between 12H30 and 13H00 and waited upfront of empty consulting rooms for over 20 minutes . No nurse to attend to me .. just employees saying she's coming . While waiting staff and management just passes no one asking have I been helped. Instead they are arguing with each other and giving each other horrible looks between isles. Sort your employees out and especially the way in which management treat and talk with them. I eventually left and heard the one employee saying " he's been waiting very long" . It's also very obvious which type of customer enjoys priority treatment. Never again . I'll stick to clicks.
