Pathetic service

My wife and myself just visited Dis-chem in the Meadowdale mall in Edenvale, horrible service, we waited for more than 30 minutes at the self-medication station, there was only one staff member assisting the clients, its 12 o clock, don’t you think you should get more people to assist especially if you can see that the queue is getting longer, and to top this all off, other staff is standing around, kicking boxes and stuff and looking at the clients like we some sort of aliens instead of just asking a simple question… “ how can we help you?” Where is the service, you are always so quick to say the clients comes first, but clearly today you showed us differently. We walked out of the store and went to Checkers pharmacy - wow 5 minutes and we were done, Come on Dis-Chem your service that you provide to clients is not up to standards
