Pathetic service

I have been to dischem at Westwood mall purchased some make up and went to the beauty counter and asked the lady so politely if I could pay,in a very abrupt tone she said go and wait there. Her facial expression said it all. Arrogant and unfriendly. No manners at all. What kind of HR Managers do youll have their training towards employees with regards to customer service is shocking and putred. My husband is a HR Manager in the retail industry and his employees are trained so well. They have such good customer relations and i have watched them with other customers. But your store was terrible. Dont want to purchase from the westwood mall. Branch anymore rather support the others. But there was an Indian lady who was so helpful in helping me choose my make up i didnt even get her name she was a star. But this other woman was pathetic. I even smiled and greeted her she.<br> was arrogant not even a greeting. Management you need to tell your staff to catch a wake up they should be grateful they have a job because of us customers.
