Pathetic Service

I was now at your Store in Southgate at the ad medication counter and requested some medication. I was asked 3 times by the lady Amanda Mbonane who gave me an attitude and then on asking the 4th time cash or medieval aid I rep**** I said the previous 4 times medical aid, she than walked away clicking her tongue and for the medication and before processing it asked again Cash or Medical Aid!? I then rep**** medical aid as I was walking an away she and her colleague laughed and made a joke of it. I asked her if something was funny of which I asked to see her manager. Few minutes later a guy comes up and says yes can I help you. No name badge no introducing himself nothing. Before I could say anything he says let me tell you something! I then requested his detail of which he raised his voice at me? This is pathetic and unprofessional and needs to be taken further. His name is Anele Sinxadi!
