Pathetic service

I bought a item from Dischem Direct. Paid and send POP. They promised me an invoice as soon as I made payment. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day still waiting for my invoice despite several enquiries. They cannot even advise when I will receive my prod. My logo go dischem is. At Dischem we don't care.
