Pathetic service

on the 16th of June, I approached beauty department staff in the Westwood mall branch in the hopes of assistance with a bulk order. My details were jotted down, and I was promised that my order would be put through to the warehousing department and that i should expect a call within 3 or 4 days to pick up my order.<br> <br> No such call was received. I have tried calling the store on numerous occasions, but to no avail as no one picked up. I finally managed to get my call processed today, and explained my predicament to yet another member of staff who repeated the exhaustive process of taking down my contact details with the promise of a followup call within the hour. Again, the repetition of poor service delivery is clear, as six hours later, I am yet to receive feedback. Really disgusted at the blatant disregard for customer service.
