Pathetic Service

I had a prescription faxed to branch. On the 23rd March I emailed as I only received half the qty, with no mention of I other half. Sarina rep**** to my email and I told her I would collect the remainder that Saturday. I never collect and today thought I'd quickly pop in to store, only to find out that this has never been done! They said I should stand in the line to get, then she said they don't have stock. Well how nice is that, where is my 30 tabs that was suppose to be ready 3 weeks ago. Why has no one contacted me? Now I no longer have tabs and can't be without it.<br> And ofcause the fllorin that I got from your Clearwater branch on the 9th March. Sticker said 20 I got a bottle of 10. Where is the other 10? Where is my money? This makes me wonder if there is skimming happening here. I want this resolved ASAP!
