Pathetic serivice

They Double charged me on my medication . Adviced over the phone that they made a mistake and would fix it upon delivery they still double charged me knowing that im a chronic patient and i cant go without the medication they still did not reimburse me my funds that they took from and no communication whatsoever this is pathetic service i paid for they mistake i want a complimentary gift and my money back i am currently in hospital still did not get a call or anything from dichem.I wont recommend anyone to be treated like this.
