PATHETIC ORGANISATION

Vaccination at Baywest Mall, and according to my friend in Cape Town, Bay Side, is CHAOS. No keeping to appointments, no sequential numbering, no social distancing, no signs, no markers, no person seemingly in charge - PATHETIC!!!!! How will you deal with our second jab?????
