Pathetic non existent service

I tried to make a clinic booking via the app, the online website, but the service is not available. I tried the call centre, again zero service. i held on for over 56 minutes. i was caller number 12 eventually i was caller number #1 but still zero answer. Nobody answered the call. zero customer service. Service is pathetic.
