PATHETIC non-customer service

Very pathetic service provided by Dis-chem Greenvalley. On Tuesday 06.12.2022 I was as sick as a dog, with what turnout to be COVID-19 and I URGENTLY needed the chemist to get my emailed Script from the doctor and to deliver at home. Guess what, I am still waiting a full week after the fact. After waiting for 6 hours for Dis-chem to contact me and advise me the meds were on their way I had to quickly phone another pharmacy and do the whole thing over again; but they did deliver me the medicines within 2 hours. Dis-Chem has AUTOMATED itself to non-performance-you CANNOT phone and get hold of a human being that can actually help you and then to deliver medicines, thats a whole different ball game. You are.by far, the most PATHETIC customer servicer by far in my not short experience, AND at my very worst time. I doubt I will be using you even in my most desperate moments.
