Pathetic non caring customer service

Your staff at the pharmacy are arrogant and have no empathy towards people they don't care about people lives I'm talking specifically about William who was working at teller 4 today (16/12/2022) wonderpark branch. I went there to get a refill on my medication because I got a message that my time for refill has come when I got there he refused to give me medication giving me a long explanation that had nothing to do with saving lives but his ego .He said my script had expired I explained that according to my bottle it doesn't say expired otherwise I would have gotten a new script I explained that according to my bottle I still have a few refills .the bottle that I got on 31/10/2022 states that repeat 4 of 5 so I didn't go to fetch that next bottle on time. He claimed that the bottle of medication I got was an emergency one I tried to explain that it was not .I asked him if there was someone above him that I could talk to he said no he's the one incharge I guess we're in trouble as you're customer if you're heads of department lead your business like their ****a shop. William then said I must go to the clinic for an emergency script but how do you as dischem expect me to pay R340 for emergency script that I did not plan for how does that work. William did not even see it fit to give me medication to hold me over until I get that new script he claims I need. I explained to him that I got an sms to do the refill request online yes I delayed but decided to do it at the branch still William did not want to budge claiming that its for my own good how is it for my own good when I'm already feeling numb on my left side. William did not seem to care he says what if he gives me the medication and my blood pressure goes low but what if he doesn't give me like he did and my blood pressure goes sky high.Please get people that understand people to deal with people because William was very egotistical he wanted to prove that he is the authority of giving my medication and he won't do it.They gave a very long explanation with tebogo at the clinic but in their explanation care for people's lives was not there at all. I am not happy about the service from your pharmacist .William even encouraged me to proceed and lay a complaint that's how egotistical and non caring they are at dischem wonderpark. I guess he is also the owner,the executive snd the management because apparently he doesn't report to anyone.
