Pathetic

This is for when you are trying to book an appointment - for a baby no less. You are on the phone for 9+ minutes getting passed around from person to person, and the clinical receptionist says she's busy with a patient. Then why did she answer the phone if she cannot speak? Only then does she ask what I want. How must I book an appointment? There are many people without jobs PLEASE HIRE COMPTETANT STAFF!
