Pathetic customer service from Dis-chem

If I could rate zero stars , I would do so. Terrible service. I recently used the Pack my meds service via Dis-chem Chatsworth to order my chronic medication. The order was processed and I was told to expect delivery within 2 days. 2 days later my medication had not arrived. I called the store to be told that there was a co-payment on my medication and also that the driver had come to my home and called me on my cellphone but I had not answered. I explained that I am a teacher in a school and we are not allowed to use cellphones during teaching time. I indicated I did not even receive the usual SMS to indicate my delivery was scheduled for the day and to be able to track my order as well as the OTP to give the driver. No such SMS sent to me so I would be vigilant and keep an eye on my cellphone for delivery and call my husband quickly to accept the delivery at home. I asked for the medication which required co-payment to be removed and then was told delivery would be done the next day to me. The next day no delivery was made. I called that afternoon to be told the medication was not dispatched and that since the following day was Women's Day the delivery would be done on Saturday. It's Saturday and almost 1pm and still ki delivery. I sent several messages via the WhatsApp channel to Dischem stating I am waiting 4 days for my chronic hypertension medication. No response via WhatsApp channel. I called the store several times and asked to be put through to the dispensary and eventually asked for the dispensary manager and each time my call was cut. I phoned one last time and told the receptionist my situation and also that I urgently need my chronic medication and provided my contact details. I am still awaiting a call. I am sure I will soon be told that deliveries close at 1pm on a Saturday and that I can only expect my delivery on Monday or need to come in to the store to collect. What's the point of offering delivery services if I have to go instore and collect vital medication that should have been delivered days ago???? Waiting for this delivery and then I will choose another service provider for my chronic medication deliveries and will probably visit Clicks from now on for all my personal hygiene products. Dis-chem is not a company that values its customers
