pathetic customer service at Dis-Chem soshanguve crossing

I went to Dis-Chem soshanguve crossing on Saturday and received a very pathetic service from one of the staff member who was working at the cosmetic counter wearing a yellow t shirt I didn't even see her name , the staff member was very rude to me . I asked her about the make-up products and she just pointed me to go a look for it myself or ask other customers who where also looking to buy the products. As she was busy with another client I asked her when she is done with the client can she try the make up products on me and she sad that the lady she's busy with paid R700 for her face to be done and she can't help me , I asked myself that since when do we have to pay for testing the make up brand that you want to purchase and how are you going to know that which one will suite you if you don't tr

y them at the shops before you can buy the wrong colour tone of your skin.. and this is exactly what happend as I bought the wrong colour for my skin tone

I felt like am not important to Dis -chem as a client, as the staff member disrespected me as a customer
