PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Dis chem pharmacy in Carlswald on the 20.11.2019 in the morning to fetch my script,my medical aid only paid for 1 item and I had to pay for rest,I didn’t have a problem with that and asked the pharmacist assistant ( Nilesf Singh )to keep 2 items for me I’m going to FNB next door to get the money

I got back and took the items and went to the till When I got there the cashier was suprised and wanted to confirm if the other 2 items will be delivered since they were not in the plastic but on the invoice

I told the lady it’s fine I will just pay for all of them at once and went to the back to fetch them,since they were not in the plastic but on the invoice Went to the back to ask the pharmacist assistant what happened “ I TOLD YOU I STILL NEED TO MIX YOUR MEDICATION AND ITS GOING TO TAKE AN HOUR” I responded by saying I’m not gonna wait for an hour and why did u bill me for things that I didn’t take because I’m tired of this up and down and I have been here since,he asked before I could finish” U HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE WHAT”I tood there for minutes until one of the interns gave me my medication

Don’t train your staff only on the technical but on people’s s****s ,empathy and respect
