Pathetic customer service

I took out a hair laser package with Dischem. I have already paid. Informed the salon that I am pregnant and would like to convert to facials. She never came back to me. I went personally on Saturday she called me back on Monday and up to now still waiting for feedback. This is pathetic customer service.
