Pathetic customer service

I paid for hair laser sessions. I informed the salon that I am pregnant and want to convert the sessions to facials. She promised to get back to me but never did.I went again last week Saturday left my name and my query. They called me back on Monday and promised to get back to me.I am still waiting. I hate this kind of service. I doubt if I will ever do my facials @Centurion branch. They do not know anything about customer service.
