Pathetic clinic service

I went to Dischem Chartwell clinic, had waited for over 20 minutes to get attended by the clinic receptionist who she eventually did, she didn’t have a name tag so I didn’t get her name. A patient with baby walked in and she seemed to know the receptionist, they greeted each other, had a conversation and were laughed. Before I knew it patient with a baby was taken to the consultation room before me. I asked the receptionist why was this the case, did the lady had an appointment? She just looked at me unbothered and didn’t say anything. She continued browsing her phone.

So not fair I had to wait for that long for someone to be attended before me just like that without any explanation.
