Pathetic click and collect system

Dis-Chem has a useless online purchase click and collect system, well at least at the Klerksdorp branch. Updates regarding your order is sent to you which is fine but when it comes to collecting it at the store fun begins. Your package cannot be found, it is too difficult for the person responsible to find it, more people are co-opted to help find your package. In the meantime you have to wait and observe this incompetency. How difficult can it be to use the order number, select the package and hand it over to the customer?
