Pathetic services from the branch in Springs Mall. Phoned in to confirm stock availability, someone is quick to answer but they cannot assist you, you then get transferred to "the correct people" which never answers and you are stuck with an endless annoying loop tone in your ear. No point in having phones in that store as no one willing to assist.
