Pathetic and arrogant service by pharmacist

We are standing in the queue to get prescription medication. The queue is a mile long with only 2 pharmacists on duty.

It seems as if they are purposefully take their time. Some sort of slow strike. When we asked, the one made a comment that we can go to another pharmacy and it is not his obligation to serve us.

How pathetic. We are still in queue as I’m writing this. Been here for over an hour.
