Pathetic

I placed a order 7 days ago and it's all vitamins and hand sterilizes. Still have not recieved my order clicks I order by them the same day and I recieved my order 2 days ago. This is nonsense, when I phoned for my order had to wait 13 - 20 MIN before sameone answered then they put me though to the online department were I wait 15 min on the line just sameone can pick up and put the phone down I did this 3 time WORST ONLINE SYSTEM EVER WILL NEVER TELL ANYBODY ABOUT THIS AND IF IT EVER COME UP I WILL TELL THEM NEVER TO USE YOU GUYS AGAIN
