Pathethic Service

i went to dischem willowbridge wednesday, 22/11; i have spoken to desiree numerous times via mail. i asked her explicitly only to dispense my chronic medication, and my wife's beta blockers; when i got their they dispensed everything on my script which i did not ask for. i got attitude from your pharmacist(colored lady), she was very dismissive and did not apologize once. then the final nail in the coffin; on my dopaquel(chronic meds) it states with a lovely green label that this was my last repeat. i went to my psychiatrist Dr K Mood**** in Sept of which i got a NEW SCRIPT; which i handed into the dispensary when i was collecting medication; it was an elderly lady with grey hair; upon questioning the pharmacist on Wednesday i was told that they never received a script from me. now i'm stuck without my repeat script, and my dopaquel was increased from 150mg - 200mg. i live in bellville and drive out to Netcare Blaauwberg twice a year in order to get a new script. what is going to happen now; i can't drive out and get a new script everytime you guys loose it. please let me know what's going to happen because the pharmacist told me that she would phone dr mood**** and get a new script. whereto now? i want my original script please, i'm taking my business elsewhere. please let me know when i can come fetch it and i WILL lay a complaint with the HPCSA and the SAPC of your incompetence and losing patients scripts. this is chronic medication if you haven't realized; this is life sustaining medication and i have to have it. jean bresler
