Pathethic customer relation

I am quiet disturbed at the level of service i am currently receiving from this store.I took in my iron yesterday afternoon because it clearly does not iron from the date of purchase.The customer service desk told me the rep is not available and she will liase with me first thing this morning.To date nothing has materialised.I didnt get any feedback and here i am sitting without an iron.I have phoned the store twice and all i hear is that the rep will contact me. Such a pathethic service
