PAINFUL AND DISAPPOINTING

We placed our order online, thinking that the entire online process would be way more convenient than going to the actual store...Using the website was great and convenient when placing the order....That was last week. I have only been receiving emails to let me know that they were still busy with the order...Today I received an email to let me know that items are out of stock...Customer experience is important when it comes to the entire online shopping experience and THIS WAS PAINFUL AND DISAPPOINTING! To top it off, my wife contact MICHELENE DAVIDS to speak to her and give her some feedback...Michelene either hung up whilst my wife was speaking or the call got cut...Who knows...But the call ended abruptly whilst my wife was still giving feedback....
