Paid Prescription Cannot Be Located & Extremely Poor Service

I am absolutely frustrated with the service I have received from Dis-Chem regarding my prescription order.

I placed a prescription order, and the funds have already been deducted from my medical aid. However, when I attempt to follow up, I am met with constant runarounds. I am either blindly transferred between departments or interrupted by consultants who do not allow me to fully explain my query.

What is most concerning is that no one is able to locate my order, yet I received a message stating that my order was successfully delivered on Tuesday, despite the fact that payment has already been processed. This is completely unacceptable, especially as this involves medication and directly impacts my health.

The level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. As a regular customer, I expect better service, particularly when it comes to prescriptions.

I am requesting urgent assistance in locating my order or providing a clear resolution. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate it further.

This experience has significantly impacted my trust in Dis-Chem.
