Paid Online Order Items Not Received

Good day,

On Sunday April 5th 2020, I placed and paid for an order online.

I received delivery only on Tuesday 14th April 2020 at 10:05am. On checking the items received, I discovered the following items missing:

- Bathmate Mesh Sponge, Rose (2x) - R45.90 - Airwick Fr/Matic Refil Life Scents (2x) - R159.90 - Impulse Body Spray 90ml White Lace & Fest Fields - R19.95

I phoned the Dichem Sandton City Branch (at 11:35am), as the invoice had their name on it, - they directed my call to Neo at Dischem Benmore Shopping Centre.

Neo assured me delivery, of the missing items, would be done the following morning (Wednesday 15th April 2020).

To date, I have not received the above listed items or a refund. Calls to Dischem Benmore Shopping Centre as well as numerous messages were in vain.

Please rectify this matter promptly to avoid further exposure.
