Pack-my-meds not packed but advertised EVERY month.

Every month, I receive a sms from Dis-Chem to register for pack-my-meds.

I have repeatedly registered and never received any further communication from them. Towards the end of last year I spoke to a lady (Lenke), who is very helpful and get Dis-Chem to deliver my repeat prescriptions to me. But every month we need to communicate to ensure this happens.

I am supposed to receive a call/sms to confirm which meds should be packed. This does not happen! I am also supposed to be able to do this via the Dis-Chem app. I was only once successful to order via the app. But the delivery date I chose on the app was completely ignored and the meds delivered while I was in a meeting.

The next month, only part of my prescription was loaded on the app so I could again not order it on the app.This month I get an error message.

How difficult can it be to get the app to work and/or to confirm every month which meds I needed packed (and delivered). If it is so difficult to get this right, why offer the service every month and why have it on the app???
