Overcharging and Overprescription of Students

My partner went in to see a nurse at the Culemborg Clinic as part of the Clinic Connect option. The nurse did not know what the issue was, so called the doctor who did not know what the issue was because they received a low quality image from an old cell phone. They overprescribed a bunch of things without knowing what the problem was. Thankfully the pharmacist told us what it was and suggested the right medicine - I paid R340 for an unnecessary appointment where the nurse didn’t know what the problem was. We are students and cannot afford this. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund. One star extra for the helpful pharmacist.
