Over promise and under deliver. La Roche 50% promotion was a total fail as products were not available.

Very disappointed with dischem'a service. They over promise and under deliver. They created a hype around la roche 50% discount and failed to deliver. I ordered 12 products and they were able to deliver 3 and failed to deliver 9 products. What a fail. Then they told me that to make it up they only offer 3 product at 50%. What a fail. I will raise this with Wendy Knowler at 702. I should have bought the product from click or takealot. That's what I will do going forward. A total fail from dischem
