over 2 hours and medication not ready

After email etienne at 15h48 I'm now standing in the store and the medication is not ready. The email was not read or sorted out. So now we advised to stand in the que due to their incompetence. No remedy in place.to fix their lack in customer care. Disgusting really. So now we stand in the que with a sick and uncomfortable 15 and half month old. A very frustrating experience to say the least.
