Where do I start? When you areso overwhelmed with so much gratitude for managers that put clients first like Florence. This is a true example of Clients Centricity as she understands "Going an extra mile". I could not find what I was looking for in the store and she went out of her way to check stock in other Branches. The Process was just amazing where she kept me updated with every step until it arrived. She called me and advised me. I am very humbled by her Selflessness and putting customers fact. Her welcoming attitude and willingness to help is something out of this world.

I then needed a specific Elektra humidifier which is unfortunately discontinued and replaced by another new model with better specs.
