Outstanding Customer Service
<p>I had a problem with an iTunes voucher that my husband purchased at Dischem Northgate more than a month ago. Vincent was so helpful when I called and went through so much trouble to print the till slips as we had lost our receipts. He kept me up to speed by calling and was so gracious when we realised that the purchase was never made at Dischem after all. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's so unusual to experience such professionalism, efficiency and a desire to assist that I just had to give Vincent and Dischem Northgate a huge thumbs up. THANK YOU Vincent, and keep it up. </p>
What's more, I asked about another product but they were out of stock. Vincent called me within a few hours, he'd ordered the item from another branch and it was ready for collection at Northgate branch. Outstanding service!
