Outraged of bad service

I am deeply disappointed in dis-cem at glenfair shopping centre. About 2 months ago I handed in a repeat prescription for one of my chronic medications. So I went there yesterday to pick it up and a very snarky and unpleasant woman helped me. After I asked her for the medication she said to me that I don't have any repeats left on my script. I said to her it's impossible because i handed it in 2 months ago. She then said, no, sorry, no repeat. I then asked het for just 2 tabs for the next day and then I will ask a friend of mine to write me a script. She blatantly ignored my request and in a derogatory way said" this is a schedule 5 medication sir and I can't give it to you" Being a registered nurse myself I AM FULLY AWARE that she can't dispense it. I was asking for just Two, to get me through the day the next day until I can make a plan. She refused to give it to me. And was very arrogant and *****y about it. So I phoned a friend of mine that works for discem in Brooklyn and she said she could have just given me two. Is this now the type of people discem employ? I want to go back to that woman and ask her if she was raised in a barn. Cause she clearly has NO people skills and doesn't know how to work with the public!!!!
