Outrage at customer service

After 2 weeks of trying to get a response from Dischem Cavendish, as the manager had assured me he would look at the surveillance footage and get back to.us asap about the cosmetics items valued at more than R1000 that were not placed I'm my daughtets shopping bag I have yet to hear from Dischem Cavendish. We will not be shopping there in future as this company has no ethics. The reason for this remark is that I kept them accountable for getting back to us as promised but they let us as consumers down with empty promises and no actions or remorse. Is this what our country is coming to?
