out of pocket and no response

Placed an order via dischem online om the 8 Jan 2021, the order got cancelled with no notification and funds have not been refunded. Contacted the "customer care line" on the 16 Jan and 3 days later no one has bothered to contact me or call me to advise the way forward. I am out of pocket for R823 and can not purchase from another pharmacy coz I do not have the funds to do so. I am really disappointed in dischem and their service.
