Order not delivered

I am highly disappointed with the manner of how the below order is being taken. I received a SMS on 02/06 stating the courier was on the way to deliver my order, I kept tracking him the whole day and later he returned the order without any reason. I called the driver and he advised it will be delivered the next day. On 03/06 I was called by the stored and they advised me that delivery will take place today, I received a SMS that the courier has my order however I still didn't receive it. I have been waiting at home for 2 days for nothing, I would have fulfilled my other plans. I place online orders with no problems however this is the worst customer experience. Please urgently advice if I will ever receive my order.
